CAD Appraisal - Striving For Perfection
Since 2021, CAD Appraisal has been dedicated to the creation of a new type of appraisal company, one predicated on the idea of a truly customer focused approach to appraisals.
Accurate appraisals are important and necessary to the smooth functioning of Appraisal Districts, but the people who come into contact with the system, taxpayers, often do not have an in depth understanding of the requirements and restraints of the tax code. As such, CAD Appraisal has put much of our focus into being able to communicate these intricacies to the taxpayers in a way that makes them feel assured that our appraisals are Equal and Uniform.

He is a Registered Professional Appraiser with 10 years experience appraising both oil and gas and complex Utility and Industrial properties. He has a BS from the University of Texas at Dallas in Chemistry.

Haziel Williams is a Senior Appraiser at CAD Appraisal. She is a Registered Professional Appraiser.
She has more than 15 years experience appraising oil and gas properties.She has a BS from the University of Texas in Austin in Biology and an MA from UTSA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
